USPS international shipping: All shipping cost is calculated at check out. Delivered within (6-10 business days) subject to delays dependent on carrier – NOTE custom duties may apply.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will be issued once your item is packed, and ready to be shipped out which will be within 2-3 business days.
DUTIES & TAXES
Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & or duty fees. As these fees vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. If raised, those charges don't go to us, but rather to the customs office of your country. The customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees payable upon delivery, on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. If customs or duties are raised, you'll be notified by your local customs office of this, as well as with details of how to pay them.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important to be aware of your local government's terms to prevent any surprises. Below is a guide of common shipping regions.
All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in U.S. Dollar (USD) currency GST inclusive. Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a credit or exchange for any unworn OMA body (bodysuits) and OMAJWLS as long as it is sent back to us within 10 days of delivery and in the original packaging.
Credit notes are valid for one year and for any item. We do not offer refunds -- all items are non-refundable.
For credits, the following applies:
· Must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product.
· Unworn items must be returned in original packaging - with hygiene liner still attached.
· We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Return shipping is the customer's cost.
· We do not accept returns on 'sale'; or promo code items, as they have already been discounted and are therefor ineligible for returns.
· Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will issue you a store credit or the desired exchange will be facilitated.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?If you've met the above requirements, you may email INFO@OMATHELABEL.COM and please include exchange request and your order # in the subject line.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We attempt to process all returns as soon as they arrive at our HQ. Please wait for an email confirming your credit code details.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at INFO@OMATHELABEL.COM and we will make it right.
We inspect all merchandise before packing and shipping, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email INFO@OMATHELABEL.COM within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Take note of the following DOs and DON'Ts to keep your OMA BODY clean and fresh.
1. Gentle hand wash in warm soapy water or delicate machine wash. Dry clean is also an option.
2. Hang dry
3. Avoid contact with rough surfaces as the may cause pulling on the bodysuits
4. Be cautious of colored bottoms, as they can transfer and/or discolor the bodysuit
1. Iron any of the bodysuits.
2. Tumble dry
3. Leave in direct sunlight – this may cause the colour to fade and May in some cases damage the material.
