How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS from the United States. Orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
How long does it take for my Oma order to ship?
For U.S. shoppers, most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Shipping time is subject to delays, depending on the carrier.
For international shoppers, all orders are delivered within 6-10 business days. This is also subject to delays depending on the carrier. Customs duties may apply. All international customers are responsible for customs duties.
How can I track my Oma order?
You will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will be issued once your item is packed and ready to be shipped out. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, we suggest checking your spam folder.
How do I calculate the total for my order?
All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in U.S. Dollar (USD) currency GST inclusive. Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order. You can also change currencies on the footer of our page.
What is your return policy?
Oma offers store credit or exchange for any unworn Oma JWLS and Oma Body (bodysuits) as long as it is sent back to us within 10 days of delivery in the original packaging and condition. Store credits are valid for two years for any item. All Oma pieces are non-refundable.
Can I complete an exchange or return for a discounted piece?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns purchased at a limited-time sale price or promo code items. They have already been discounted and are therefore ineligible for returns.
Do you offer a product guarantee?
Yes, we do! We offer an unbelievable LIFETIME guarantee on all products. Be 100% satisfied or get store credit or an exchange for something else you like.
How does Oma’s store credit work?
To receive store credit, the item must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product, unworn and in the original packaging (hygiene liner included).
Oma does not reimburse customers for return/exchange shipping costs. Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will issue a store credit or the desired exchange will be facilitated. Please note that for exchanges, we can only accommodate even value exchanges. If not you will automatically receive store credit.
How do I return an item?
If you've met the above requirements, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete an exchange request. Please ensure the order number is in the subject line.
How long will my return take to process?
Oma attempts to process all returns as soon as they arrive at our HQ. Please wait for an email confirming your credit code details.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Oma inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare but unfortunate case of your item arriving damaged, please email email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
How do I take care of my Oma pieces?
To keep your body pieces clean and fresh, gently hand wash them in warm, soapy water or delicately machine wash. Dry cleaning is also an option. After they have been cleaned, hang the pieces to dry and avoid contact with rough surfaces to avoid snagging or pulling.
We caution against wearing colored bottoms with Oma pieces, as they may transfer or discolor the body piece. DO NOT iron, tumble dry, or leave bodysuits out in direct sunlight. These actions can cause colors to fade and damage the material.
